All items are handmade in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The delivery time of our jewelry is based on the production time needed in our workspace, approximately 3-5 business days. Are you in a hurry? Please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
As all MONOW items are made of silver or 24 karat gold, we ship our packages with track&trace code. Shipping costs for our jewelry are specified on your invoice.
Please note that we can't be held responsible in the rare case the package is lost, damaged or stolen during transit. No returns accepted unless you receive the wrong item.

If your purchase is not quite what you're looking for, you've got 14 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us for a refund. Costs for returning the items are for your account. Follow these steps if you have purchased your item through our webshop:
Send us an e-mail mentioning the reason for your return.
Place your item back into the original jewelry box and the packaging it came in.
Seal your return parcel securely so it doesn't get damaged on the way back.
Send the package to our address as stated below. Please return your parcel to the nearest PostNL parcel shop. When returning your package you will receive a track and trace number with which the status of the shipment can be checked. We recommend that you keep it carefully. Please be sure the new address label covers the old postage label.
That's it: you're ready to return your package.
Once we've received your returned parcel, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail and as soon as we've processed your return, we"ll issue a refund. We will make sure to process your return within approx. 14 working days.

Please be aware that we request you to use the original packing for returning your order. If no longer available, please use a small carton box to prevent our jewelry from any damage. We also strictly request you to return your item in the original jewelry box. Only then we will be able to refund your order.
It's important to know that we reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and replacements. All jewelry is entirely handmade from start to finish. Whilst quality is one of our foremost priorities, small imperfections are intentional and only add character and uniqueness to each piece.
All of our jewelry comes with a luxury box. Did you know our jewelry boxes are made of environmental friendly carton? They are FSC ®- certified and we can assure you that the glue, paper and carton are nature friendly 🍃.
Oh no! Something went wrong? When you have unwrapped your order and discover that the item - in spite of our special care for shipment - has been damaged we can offer you a replacement.
You are requested to send us an email within 24 hours after receiving your order. This email has to be sent to email@example.com and should contain the reason for wanting the item replaced. In the event of unforeseen damages we expect you to send us photos of the damaged item. We will respond to your mail for further actions.
Be aware that in the above case you are expected not to wear the items in the meanwhile.
Furthermore, when you receive your order we recommend you not to throw away the original packing as this may come in handy in the event something is wrong.
